1. Introduction

Welcome to Blue Ocean. By using our digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Blue Ocean offers various digital marketing packages, including but not limited to:

• Social Media Management

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Email Marketing

• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

• Content Creation

• Website Development

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information through the initial form provided on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, business information, current digital presence, and specific marketing goals.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are subject to a 3% processing fee for transactions made through our website. Invoices will be issued monthly and are due upon receipt.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients may cancel services at any time with a written notice 30 days prior to the intended termination date.

• Refunds for prepaid services will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the services, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

6. Service Modifications

Blue Ocean reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services with or without notice to the client. In the event of a significant change, clients will be notified, and any prepaid services affected will be refunded accordingly.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and data provided to Blue Ocean will be treated as confidential. Blue Ocean will not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Blue Ocean during the provision of services, including but not limited to graphics, content, and reports, remain the property of Blue Ocean until full payment is received. Upon payment, these materials become the property of the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blue Ocean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Blue Ocean's services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
